● 產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介:
本產(chǎn)品包含一種已知分子量的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)蛋白質(zhì),分子量大小為6.5 kD,可以用來(lái)判斷多肽電泳時(shí)蛋白的分子量(變性還原電泳)。產(chǎn)品配套非變性電泳上樣緩沖液,可用于粗略判斷多肽非變性電泳時(shí)條帶的大小(非變性非還原電泳)。
6.5 kD單條蛋白Marker 以干粉狀態(tài)提供。以每次使用配制好的溶液10 μl(0.2 μg/μl)計(jì)算,該產(chǎn)品可以大約使用500次。
● 使用說明:
一. 配制10 mg/ml 6.5 kD蛋白Marker母液:
1 mg 粉末溶于100 μl超純水中,徹底溶解。此溶液-20℃貯存,有效期一年。
二. 按照下表配制Marker溶液

注:由于2×Tricine多肽上樣緩沖液(變性,還原)中DTT含量會(huì)隨貯存時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)而降低,變性還原電泳可以選擇補(bǔ)加DTT。
2.1 取配制好的溶液徹底混勻后,立即上樣電泳,每次上樣10 μl。
2.2 電泳結(jié)束后,染色,觀察結(jié)果。
注:6.5 kD蛋白電泳要使用Tricine系統(tǒng)電泳(貨號(hào):RTD6120和RTD6121),如使用經(jīng)典Laemmli系統(tǒng)會(huì)導(dǎo)致片段不可見。
